Si kudut saya ni dah 3 tahun..how time flies, kan?

A few hours old on the day he was born 01Sept 2007

Rasa mcm baru semalam je baru balik dr spital...lepak sama2 kat tilam queen size tgk TV doplohpat jam..Tole sorang nih kena eczema since he was 2 weeks old, and as I wasn't mentally, physically and educationally equipped with infos on how to tackle and manage eczema, he was weened on BF since he was 2 mths old **kesian dia kan?**

started him with soy-based formula, and alhamdulillah it helped with lessening of the inflammation on both of his cheeks and pelipat tangan, kaki etc..

 This was in Puteri Specialist Hospital while he was admitted for HFMD

Nak nangis sgt rasa hati masa DR nak masukkan IV kat tangan dia

very cheeky and very daring..

setakat ni dia sorang je yang berani tenung balik Inche' SO walau dah kena rotan sekalipun **alah bukan kuat pun, cukup sekadar utk dia rasa betapa "powerful"nya penangan rotan dr Abah dia**..very courageous and berani tak bertempat, at times..

but he has a soft spot for me..marah macam mana sekalipun, garang macam mak tiri sekalipun , merajuk buruk mak dia ni pun...he still wants to be with me, kisses me goodbye whenever I dropped him off at school and before going to bed...

One thing yang besh sgt about him, he never wakes up angry or sad for that matter..Bila kejut bgn tidor je, mesti senyum and greets me with his cheeky smile and his morning wishes..

Anak yang bijak and insha-allah DIA permudahkan segala urusan anak kesayangan hambanNya ini..

hmm, delish! **yes I was referring to my son!**

Nak celebrate on the day itself, we were in KL for a course that I need to attend.so I decided that we'll celebrate it at home dgn Inche SO sekali..

tangguh punya tangguh, last2 buat majlis sekali masa BBQ kat rumah sempena Hari Raya..Yang lebih dijemput famili Inche SO koz he's determine to move back to KL in 2011 ** so kira last year lah kami nak jemput sedara mara dr seberang tambak mai rumah, katanya ** and a few friends form Maersk ** actually jemput ramai jugak, tapi alhamdulillah..DIA MAHA MENGETAHUI..kamalu semua yang dijemput tu dtg, mau berkejar kena tepon Pizza Hut/ McD/Domino as the foods were just nice for the guests..ha ha ha**

anyway, tempah kek dr seorang online baker yang sudi melayan this one fussy Mommy..walau agak keciwa koz the cake was suppose to be with Thomas the Train,but becaise of last miute order..hamek je lah BEN10,Za..so order was for CHOC MOIST CAKE BEN10 edible image yang sungguh besh!Worth every cent..Alhamdulillah..and terima kasih byk2 sgt kat Sis Fadzilah from Tmn Pelangi, JB for a job perfectly executed!Kudos....** you can check her work here--> Sis Fadzilah Superb!** Yang bestnya siap dpt candle "3" free lagi..ha ha ha..rasa best sgt, sebab saya dlm kesibukan semua leh terlupa nak belik lilin ek anak...boleh?

Reggio Amelia: Introduction Course

firstly, again...thousand apologies for not updating my blog **kemalasan tahap dewa melanda ah, takleh nak toong dah nih**

update ni bukan apa, saa nak mengaak kengkawan out there especially momsies out there who are looking for education method to be introduced to your children kan, nak kasitau PPBM **Persatuan Pengasuh Berdaftar Malaysia** will be organizing an introductory course on Reggio Amelia method here in Malaysia..

Apa itu Reggio Amelia method?

Most of us Malaysians might have heard of Montessori method, kan? This is actually a method that was also founded in Italy but after the WWII, in short. So basically some of the trainers etc might feel that it might be more relevant to our current educational and children upbringing situation now. But for me, I rather that we all go and find out what is this method all about before casting judgements, eh?

I called the PPBM office for another non-related issue actually, but this humble, and most friendly staff by the name of Puan Rahimah has highlighted about this course to me and had een nice enough to send me an e-brouchure on the said course as well **tq Puan, although I might not be attending this but I will definitely see you soon..Insha-allah **

Overview of the Workshop:

This Seminar is designed to introduce participants to the philosophy and theories behind the Reggio Emilia Approach and how it can be adapted in their setting.

Why Reggio Emilia approach? Newsweek (Hinckle, 1991) hailed the Reggio Emilia approach as one of the best educational programs in the world.  As a result of this, many early childhood educators are trying to implement the approach in their own classrooms.  If early childhood educators are to adapt and use this highly regarded educational approach, classroom teachers, and pre-service teachers must be taught to understand and develop strategies for adapting the approach into their setting.

Trainer’s profile

Dr. Nkechy Ezeh is a tenured Associate Professor of Education and Director of Early Childhood Education Program at Aquinas College. She has taught at various levels of early childhood classrooms, serves as Adult and Parent Educator and Early Childhood Education Consultant. For the past 12 years, Dr. Ezeh has conducted many professional development courses for teachers and parents and is often a guest speaker at school in-services, education conferences. She conducts professional development trainings and workshops throughout the United States of America, Asia and Australia.

She completed M.Ed at Grand Valley State University, and Ed.D in Child and Youth Studies with specialization in Curriculum Development and Systemic Change from Nova Southeastern University.

Dr. Ezeh was one of the US delegates to Reggio Emilia, Italy and a panelist on the Oxford University Early Literacy Round Table. Her main research interests are integrating the Principle of Reggio Emilia in Early Childhood program – the focus of her doctoral dissertation.  Other research interest includes curriculum development, teacher’s professional development, culture & literacy development and brain development.

Seminar Methodology :

This Seminar will include group discussion, audiovisual presentations, observations and deconstruction of the Reggio Emilia principles and reflection.  Throughout the seminar, participants are not viewed as targets of instruction; they instead assume active role in constructing their knowledge

yes yes yes, I know I know...any kind of update is long due for my blog..and yes, some of you might know that I had a MAJOR hiccup as my lappie was down and out!

pergh!

mcm takleh hidup bila these electrical appliances goes out the window kan? tenion tension...

anyway, skang nih lappie dah selamat ke pangkuan ku..walaupun at the same time I have my mini white mini laptop to use, tapi hati ni mcm berat nah nak tinggalkan lappie ni ke tepi..so I have decided that I will only use my mini laptop whenever I am in the move...bukannya takleh nak harung lappie ni ke barat ke timur, tapi alasan yang paling best ialah supaya Inche' S.O. tak marah...ha ha ha ha....

anyway, I am back in JB after my 3 month long course and I couldn't feel better..I am back on familiar grounds, my home, my surrounding and yes to HIM...although I might add that the distance has made us closer to each other, more than we have ever imagined ....

yes, we have been apart before tapi ntahlah, kali ni rasa macam lain..The feeling was a bit too overwhelming for me..Mebbe I did took his presence overgranted kan?but know this yang, I LOVE YOU MORE NOW!

Kemajuan yang paling best must be awarded to Muhammad Haddy Irfan Zulfadhli, anak montok yang mula laju berjalan when we first started to be in KL..dr jalan senget2, and kept on bumping onto Tok Mommy's wall dia dah boleh jalan straight and jalan laju ** yes, we call it running**..tambah lagi 2 gigi kat rahang bawah and dah mula laju makan solid...dia pun skang ni dah pandai berebut toys dgn abang2, berebut susu dengan Abang Adyff and berebut makan dengan Abang Harryth...h aha h a...

and to tell you frankly, I miss seeing my Mom and my Sis ...but wat to do this is the life that I have chosen! I have to make the very best of everything while I can , kan?

anyway, this is for now...later2 will update more as I am also dying to wirte after my 3 mths hiatus kan?

|| lama tak meng-update ada sebab....||

first of all, thanks to all my followers yang dok sibuk tanya awat lah blog ni makin "bersawang" 2-3 menjak nih..

byk actually perkara yang berlaku tapi yang menyebabkan kesukaran untuk nak meng-hapdet blog ini adalah kerana LAPPY SAYA DAH MAMPOS!!!

technician kata ada insan yang telah membasahkan lappy say dengan MILO koz ada trace kat motherboard..saya tidak mahu menunding jari pada sesiapa **tapi saya ada 3 calon cilik kat rumah tu yang berkemampuan membuat onar sedemikian terhadap lappy mommy diorg!**

anyway, tgh dlm proses untuk membeli mini netbook yang baru..tapi masih belum kesampaian lagi..jadinya kalau saya nak online, terpaksa menebalkan muka meminjam bband adinda @ lappy bonda tersayang..hi hi hi..

zaman dulu kala, boleh je hidup takde lappy kan...skang ni bila takde, macam pincang, susah je hidop!

anyway, takleh nam update bebanyak koz saya kat CC **ha ha ha ha, mcm dulu2 masa kat USMCK kan kengkawan?** tengah menyiapkan assignment kursus saya yang semacam tak penah habes ni!

nanti, Insha-Allah the next update will be done using my new mini lappy...ek?:D

dah lama dah tak jumpa kengkawan dr USMCK sebenarnya..kalau tak silap, last time jumpa masa wedding si Cinoii ni lah..itupun tak sempat nak bergambar koz..

i) aku sampai lambat koz tak familiar dgn jalan kat area Tmn Rinting tu..
ii) kete buat hal and on top of that, it was my first solo-drive using the Sorento
iii) aku ketaq sebenarnya koz my virgin journey with all the boys with me in the car...
iv) memasing ada agenda sendiri so takleh lah expect diorg nak kena tunggu aku kan?
**apa Za, ko ingat ko pemes?!!!**

anyway, thanks Noii koz sudi meluangkan masa, tunggu aku dan kasi direction on how to reach to your faculty..sumpah, aku tak tahu yang Hospital Serdang tu bukan kat Serdang..ha ha ha ha...how corny is that?Siap aku leh pusing kat Masjid UPM tau mintak tunjuk jalan dengan jemaah masjid..Malu!!

anyway, setelah selesai drama nak cari lokasi rendezvous, Noii pu meng'directkan jalan ke rumah dia..alhamdulillah Noii..seronok aku tgk rumah ko..menarik..meghelip kaler kan?:D cuma itulah, kalau ada kucing2 housemate ko trauma dek perbuatan anak2 aku, aku mintak mahap lah ye..mana taknya, kat ruma takde pets, bila nampak ada kucing kat rumah ko..itu yang diorg extra hyper sket! apa2 pun thanks again for willing to spend a few hours with me, I really appreciate it yang!

lepas dah lepak bagai kat rumah Noii, Olye pun selamat tiba di rumah dia..dan kami pun berangkat ke rumah Olye pulak..ini rumah memang best! ada toys , DVD..yelah, rumah ada budak..cuma Emir tak banyak "suara", bila dah nak balik, baru dengar bunyi..Oye kata, mebbe dia terkejut kot..yelah selama ni kat rumah dia dok main sengsowang, hah kau..sekali dtg bala tentera aku habes berKecah semua!

we have fun talking, missing the old days..and realising that we've grown so much since the last we met..Olye has a one on the way, Noii thinking about her next time as a wife..me? I am just taking things easy..one thing at a time..

all in all it was a good, clean fun..insha-Allah, kalau takde aral ..let's arrange something with the rest of the clans here in KL...kay?

|| not in the mood of writing actually..||

saya nih bila dah berada di tempat orang, di tempat baru ..memang akan cepat moody dan mondom..jangan di tanya kenapa, I AM JUST BUILT THIS WAY...

dulu ingatnya bila dah ke KL, saya akan seronok sebab...

i) saya ada peberet brekpes spot kat Serdang..
** dahulunya makcik ni meniaga from a makeshift stall sahaja depan sekolah rendah saya.nothing fancy- nasi lemak berlauk sotong dan sambal bawang manis yang cukup menambat hati kami sekeluarga. kalau rajin2 jogging pagi sabtu/ahad dulu, Daddy & Mommy akan "memusing" ke arah sana, duduk kami anak beranak makan sepinggan dua nasi lemak. Menu yang sama tiap2 minggu, saya nasi lemak sotong, Mommy- nasi lemak kerang, Daddy- nasi lemak sotong/ kari ayam dan kakak- layan nasi lemak sotong jugak. Girl?ha ha ha..masa tu dia takde lagi...:P**

ii) tempat jauh lagi dikenang, inikan pula tempat membesar..
**saya penah duduk di Serdang sedari darjah3 - tingkatan 2. di situlah saya belajar erti kawan, sahabat dan juga nilai persahabatan itu sendiri. Saya kenali cinta monyet, cinta buta dan cinta gila...h aha ha ha. saya belajar silat senyap2, tanpa pengetahuan Mommy & Daddy. Saya membesar dengan aktiviti PBSM saya, sukan - bola jring & hoki - ada juga terselit olahraga, larian jarak sederhana. senang cakap saya ada banyak memori di situ**

iii) membayangkan jalan2 di KL dan tempat2 yang bakal saya lawati bila berada di sini 
**dah plan nak ke sana, sini....especially those places yang baru bukak selepas saya berhijrah ke JB**

iv) Mommy saya di Kem Sg Besi<----YANG PALING PENTING!!!
**Walaupun Daddy tak lagi bekerja di Semenanjung Malaysia for that matter, he is still given the house that he has been occupying for the past 3 years. cumanya tak berpindah sahajalah ke rumah reserved especially for his ranks. pada saya, it'sa small matter..dan saya rasa Mommy pun taknak pindah randah lagi..koz rasanya kali terakhir nanti dia nak pindah, ialah proses pengosogan rumah dr rumah skang ni ke rumah dia sendiri di Senawang tu..**

Tapi bila dah sampai kat sini, saya terkedu, buhsan dan berasa sungguh tak besh! sebabnya....

i) saya ada peberet brekpes spot kat Serdang..
--> sejak operasi penjualan gerai tu dah dipindahkan ke tepi tasik, rupanya makcik tu dah pajakkan kedai dia kepada beberapa orang rakyat Indonesia untuk berniaga..tak tahulah samada diorg tu berniaga utk dia atau pun tidak, tapi yaNg pastinya..masakan dia tak sama dengan masakan dulu..langsung 0% similarity..
keciwa wa, beb!!
Solusi: takper, pagi Ahad yang lepas , saya dah mengangkut adik saya , Girl, untuk membeli sarapan di kawasan Bandar Tasik Selatan dan alhamdulillah, saya dah jumpa gerai nasi lemak yang berjaya menambat napsu selera makan saya terhadap nasi lemak semula...
Status: MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!



ii) tempat jauh lagi dikenang, inikan pula tempat membesar..
-->saya kena terima hakikat yang tempat yang saya membesar itu sendiri sudah banyak berubah...seperti saya. jadinya saya harus tabah menerima kenyataan hidup that just because you've spent most of your lifetime there, it doesn't mean that you can call it "HOME"..sedih kan?
Solusi: saya sedih kejap je..kemudian saya ingatkan kembali kenangan silam di SRKSS, SMSS with all y friends..those places may have changed, but memories lasts forever...
Status: SAYA DAH TAK SEDIH LAGI DAH!


iii) membayangkan jalan2 di KL dan tempat2 yang bakal saya lawati bila berada di sini 
-->HA HA HA HA...ni namanya rambang mata..konon2nya macamlah tak cukup tanah /jalan/ shopping malls kat JB/Spore nak jelajah yang sampai nak kena jelajah malls apabagai semua kat KL ni..baru teringat yag saya sekarang ni bukan atas misi nak perabehkan duit Inche' S.O. bershopping...tapi saya ada jihad saya tersendiri...
Solusi: lepas tampar pipi sendiri dan sedar diri, saya OK...ha ha ha ha
Status : SEDAR DIRI!




iv) Mommy saya di Kem Sg Besi<----YANG PALING PENTING!!!
-->Macam mana sekalipun, ini yang paling best...takperlah, biarlah saya sakit hati memandu di KL yang penuh dengan drivers gila, drivers tak sabar dan traffic jam rabak tak engat, saya tetap berkobar2 mahu berjumpa dengan Mommy saya , Insha-ALLAH, setiap hujung minggu..bukan apa...dahlah kami ni tinggal berjauhan, dan tambahan lagi tahun ni Mommy terpaksa mengikut Daddy beraya di Tawau, Sabah..**job related commitment:Daddy saya baru naik pangkat di tempat baru nih dan cnfm uncle-uncle pegawai/ other ranks yang tak dpt balik berayaakan dtg bertandang ke rumah/ officer's mess utk beraya bersama Daddy & Mommy saya** so saya nak ambil kesempatan di ruangan masa yang ada ini untuk saya & anak2 bermesra2 dan bermanja2 dengan Mommy **dan juga Daddy saya, itupun kalau dia dpt terbang balik semenanjung, lah**
Solusi: elakkan driving waktu hujan dan selepas jam 6.30 ptg..buat sakit hati sahaja!!
Status: saya masih senyum happy lagi mengenangkan weekend yang baru lepas ini...




So, I guess...me being here in KLis not bad after all..
**but yes KL, I still hate you with all my heart!!**

p/s: saya melalut sebab saya tengah sakit demam rindu dengan Inche' SO..:P
