Tahun ni tak berapa meriah terasa sambutan CNY **cheewah, macamlah beraya sakan kan selama ni** Yelah, bukannya apa...selama ni di JB - jiran2 mmg akan sambut kaw2- lepas tu berderet lah kereta plet "S" park depan rumah - siap main mahjong lah, buat BBQ lah..kita yg tgk pun seronok..and jangan tak tahu, jiran saya dulu rajin beri limau + air kotak  berkotak2, belum masuk lagi ang pow buat anak3, kuah kepit, kacang ngan yin..

Tapi sebab tahun ni dah di KL-jiran kiri kanan pun balik ke Penang + yang tinggal kami2lah residen Melayu + foreigner..main mercun pun tak sehebat mana, asal cukup syarat je..hi hi hi..

Cuma tak sangka lah - masa kerja dengan Blue Star -selalunya vendor dengan jayanya akan beri sekotak limau sorang + akan ada Yee Sang session for our CS dept- itu masa keje dgn co ang-moh lah **setiap kali nak sambut perayaan besar2an- gaji cnfm akan masuk awal..tidak boleh tidak!**

Yang cuma terlebih teruja sebab co skang ni dah lah co hibrid US-Jpn kan? die-die mcm mana sekalipun - nak Deepavali ke, nak Raya ke - selagi belum 26hb- jgn mimpi nak dpt gaji :P tapi tadi masa sampai ofis - wah, dpt ang pow wooo...dan ini kali kedua sy dpt ang-pow dr opis...gong xi gong xi...:) Murah rezeki!

Maxi Contact Lens..

suka sangat dengan color contact lens yang baru ni..

kaler dia ada 2 jenis - yang subtle looking and another one is those obvious ones..

cuma yang "slek" adalah mata empunya diri..

I am known to have very dry eyes - hence the reason why spectacles are my best options..tapi ada masa nak jugak merasa melaram masa kuwar berjimba-jimba kan?:P

tapi itulah balik rumah confirm akan merah + gatal seharian..

no it's not the lenses, believe me..

pergi mana2 optician  - and mind you, I have been to quite a few - they will all say the same thg, my eyes are a bit tad dry than normal and whichever lenses that they'll recommend will not get a good review from me..It's not the lenses, like I said, it's just me..

but yup, I like these blue ones - very the obvious kan? **abaikan mata yang merah itew!**

the other color that I have are the honey-colored ones..those are more obvious actually..

as my eyes are naturally in the lighter shades of brown, those honey-colored lenses made my eyes look unnatural:P One of my officemate even said that they looked almost "vampire-like"..ha ha ha ha ha..

anyway, these Maxi Contact Lenses are considerably cheaper than the other brands on the market - I got mine at 1mont kiara for RM35/pair.. So, if you guys are feeling a bit on the wild side and wants to look different on those special occasion..why dontcha give it a try?:)

so semalam pegi Guardian near Seri Hartamas **otw back home pun** so terus meminta bantuan cik mek molek kat situ dgn barangan Regenerists - for someone who does not spend on facial care etc, I was stumped..mak oiiii, boleh tahan jugak harga dia..but then bila pakai, memang puas hati..

namapun lama dah tak berfacial bagai - semalam masa pakai cream cleanser dia pun sudah terpegun...**nampak sangat muka berkerak, lama nah tak menjaga muka kan..asek tepek mekap doplohpat jam..huisy !** and the serum/ night & day cream dia sungguh lah luxurios okay..tgk pd testi orang yang dah pakai, ramai yang komen kata the creams are all a bit to "rich" but for me, I LOVE IT!

so malam tadi dah bermula regim penjagaan muka - i must make sure that this time i use it all up..and to top it off i bought the KINOHIMITSU bust-up and Collagen drink..ha ha ha..some GRO living around there swears by it, so why not give it a try kan?

today is my first time working on Saturday shift with FXS!

the office is occupied with only 8 staffs at the moment..and it's kind laid back and i had my breakfast in front of my workstation **yippeee!!**

plan afterwards is to bring the boys out..just because:)

2-3 menjak ni terasa anak3 mcm terlalu cepat sangat membesar...Cik Pan pun dah nak masuk 3 tahun and **gulp** Abg Harryth is going to Pri 1 dah..made arrangement for the transit stay after school at the current kindy and insha-ALLAH, kalau takde aral melintang - sessi sekolah agama di Masjid Wilayah nanti..

petang nanti rasanya ke OU lagi kot?

anak3 memang suka sangat La Boheme pizza, JJ bakery yang sungguh sedap tu..and yes, rupa2nya PASTI buat separate sports day untuk anak2...last Sunday was for 6 years old and next Sunday will be the ones for  age 4 & 5...misi: mencari kasut sukan utk Haddyff pula...**Nike lagi ke?**

|| I see chocolates..everywhere ||

Noted that the exhibition was a bit of a letdown **maybe that, or the fact that I went in the morning of the first day itself....wasn't as happening as I expected?** ...Ingatkan banyak booth, but as usual ada "terselit" 3-4 booths of banks promoting their credit cards and those salesperson literally holding onto my LV bagstraps, begging me to join or at least "try" to sign up as a sign on support! but no, thanks..I have learnt my lesson and I am now a very happy shopper, shopping using my debit cards..:D

Anyway, I was thinking that it would be something flashy and great lah, to expect the least..but surprising it was a small collection of chocolateurs and some other are players in the chocolate bussiness -selling chocolate molds ** ni tempat bentuk coklat okay, bukan mold-kulat**, chocolate printers **yes, they print edible images on these chocolates kay**, chocolte boxes & frames...and my all time favourite..SALDOFF chocolate...ALYONKA!

I wasted no time to rush to the stall upon seeing the Mother Russia flag..gosh, something from my past is here and boy, was I estatic!

Ini ALYONKA chocolate was among the cultures I adapted when I was there in Kursk.. **this, as well as the beer, vodca, cheap Russian cigerettes and tea drinking culture which is a norm "hence the word culture" back there** anyway, they had my favourites ...the dark chocolate,which is slightly bitter upon first bite then gradually sweeten in your mouth..** isnt't that just heavenly, guys?** anyway, the owner there was kinda lookinga t me one kind and approached me, asking me if I want to buy anything? I casually asked "Why is this RM12 here whereas I remembered buying it only for about Rb20- Rb 30 back in Kursk?" . He was surprised to learn that I was studying in his country , while he on the other hand had attended IIUM Gombak in mine...

and from there, we started talking and started comparing notes about the weather and how he missed Malaysia whenever he's back in his homeland and how I, on other hand is missing Kursk to bits!

He exclaimed to the rest of his entourage that I was an ex-KSMU student and started to converse with me in Russian..ha ha ha, thank God for my basic Russian..although the conversations with them were not as fluently as how I would have hoped for, but them it wasa reminder that I was once there and I understand and speak that language!

ALYONKA chocolate is the one on the left, I have always been fascinated with the girl's big blue eyes..:D

The boy's version is ALYONKI - still with the blue eyed concept but with wispy blonde curls..These are products under the KRASNII OKTIABER or Reb October company, a famous chocolate manufacturer back in Moscow and still going strong since 1918..

Other products from Saldoff's..they have a branch in KL..so most probably we'll get to see more Russian chocolates in the market soon **yeay!**

among the printed chocolates available..they use 98% cocoa and by not using vegetable oils, the chocolate can last in room temperature without melting..

this stall was flocked as it was selling novelty and beautiful handcrafter chocolates ** but a bit pricey for my taste**

** not that it wasn't a hit, hence the picture sans people but my timing was pefect as I wanne take a picture of the stall not the people at the stall **

this co sells locally made choclate molds, costing about RM60-75 cmpared to the ones brought in from Germany **RM160-RM 300**

anyway, I bought some chocolates **surprsingly, I bought the chocolates ONLY from that booth and not the others!** and headed home feeling dandy and nice..I could say that the higlight of my visit there was more or less concentrated on ALYONKA, but to me that is sufficient!


Kursk..I miss you! **have u been missing me too?**

|| ada pembaca blog saya yang prihatin dan bertanya..||

ada dlm entri yang lepas, I have mentioned something about Inche' S.O and me not being satisfied with the services provided by the **** kindergarten of my boys here in JB..mind you, if they're the "ciput" and "no-name" kinda kindergarten, I wouldn't have bothered to make a big fuss out of it, but as the kindy is so-called an established and reputable education group, I find it to be a personal insult to us as parents when you are unable to provide us with the satisfactory services that you promised beforehand..and mind you, they are quite well-known hence the reason as to why they carry a heavier burden of responsibilities to ensure that their reputations stay intact, whatsoever....

YES, I am angry..
YES, I am frustrated..
and furthermore, I am more devastated than not as my boys look up to them as people that they can trust **..other than me, Inche' S.O. , Tok Daddy,Tok Mommy, Mak Long , Mak Su..you know the drill ** and yet, when shit happens, they are just taking the easy way out!
that's the sad truth about it..
this is what happens when childcare providers are focusing more on bussiness, and not on the personal and people-skill...
I am just observing from afar and looking at their next move , if they have any anyway...
but other than that, I am just one p***ed off Mommy and you wouldn't wanna mess around with me, you dig?

p/s: on another note, jalan dr BBU--> bandar mulai semalam sudah terpaksa menggunakan diversion road yang agak pendek,and I have no qulams about that..it had already been advertised in the papers since saturday..so pd sapa2 yang tak makan saman jugak,kuwar rumah esok lambat lagi ah..

p/s/s: oh yes, untuk makcik KPJ yang drive PROTON SAGA PURPLE/KELABU TAIK ANJING pagi semalam....ye awak, yang ikut suka hati mak bapak awak nak buat u-turn dekat flyover sempit, turun dr arah Danga Bay semalam..alah yang menyebabkan jalan jam rabak pasal awak terkial-kial, nak jugak buat U-turn kat situ, samdol!badigol! sila jangan buat lawak bangsat tak berhemah mcm pagi semalam yer..pagi tu, saya cuma hon dlm 3 minit je masa awak buat 3-point turn kat jalan yang sudah maha sesak, ditambah lagi dengan sikap dan tindakan awak yang sungguh pentingkan diri itu..kalau harinih awak buat lagi...dengan segala hormatnya saya akan amek batu dan pecahkan cermin tingkap kete awak itu...u have been warned!!!!

the sun hasn't taken a peek out behind the clouds today..

but that didn't deter me from doing and finishing the laundry..

My motivation?

I need to do the laundry 'cause if I don't my heroes won't be having any clothes to change in their nursery..practice your arimethic now, silently in your head..4 pairs of clothings x 3 boys = 12 changes and a heapful piles of clothes!

was in a super duper lazy mode so just re-heated yesterday's mee hailam for breakfast and cooked sardines, scrambled eggs and french beans for lunch, and knowing me --> I cooked extra so that will also be our dinner menu for today..

managed to get some readings done today but have yet to decide the  final topics to concentrate on for Tuesday's papers..I am resolute of not making the same mistakes I did on last Friday's papers, if you know what I mean...

anyway, it has since started raining and with the air-con switched on to AUTO, and the boys are happily entertaining each other with Cartoon Network and all, Mommy here is gonna have some well-deserved me-moment and wanting to do some simple-to-do facial and mask...

p/s: I am looking for a make-up class and heard that Krayolan is qute good and inexpensive..Any comments? Have planned so many things to do after the exams...yippe!!
