ada yg rupanya tak tahu kacang phool ni apa..:D

UMI YAN, jangan marah ek?

tapi memang, kalau bukan org dr JB/Spore memang takkan tahu - my only explanation /description for this is that it looks/taste slightly like the Mexican chillies dish, if I am not mistaken..

but anyway, other friends of mine pun asek dok tanya how does this dish looks like..

soo taaaa-daaaa.....



Normally, this dish is eaten with a slightly toasted or lightly spread with garlic butter of baguette / French loaf..and sorry, the egg depicted here is not the ones I usually have - the stall that sells this near the Larkin Fire Brigade will always serve my kacang phool with sunny-side up egg fried with Ghee (telur mata lembu)..

so yes, Umi Yan - nanti kalau daku berjaya merajin kan diri nak masak ni - will invite you over to the house kay?:)
